Each individual is permitted to hold exactly one 777 Win account. Operating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, different names or through other individuals — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, 777 Win will close the secondary account(s), forfeit any bonus balances and may withhold pending withdrawals pending investigation.

Providing false or misleading information is grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of balances.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. Do not share your login credentials with any other person. 777 Win will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account caused by your failure to keep your credentials secure. 777 Win operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) process in compliance with anti-money laundering best practices. We reserve the right to request identity verification documents at any stage — including but not limited to a copy of your CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card), a selfie holding your CNIC, recent utility bill or bank statement confirming your address, and payment method ownership evidence.
Verification is typically required before processing any withdrawal above Rs 50,000 or when our systems flag an account for routine review. You agree to provide the requested documents within 7 calendar days of the request. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in your withdrawal being held pending verification or your account being suspended.
777 Win accepts deposits via Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, IBFT bank transfer and Visa/Mastercard bank cards. The minimum deposit amount is Rs 200. All account funds are held in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). 777 Win does not charge any fee on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges independently.

Minimum and maximum stake amounts vary by market, event and player tier. The applicable limits are displayed at the point of bet placement on the 777 Win interface. Maximum payout limits apply per event and are displayed alongside the market odds. 777 Win reserves the right to limit stakes for specific markets or individual players at its discretion.
A bet may be voided by 777 Win in circumstances including but not limited to: the event being cancelled or abandoned, incorrect odds being published due to a technical error, obvious pricing mistakes, or the detection of irregular betting patterns consistent with match manipulation. Voided bets are refunded in full to your account balance.
Where odds or game parameters have been clearly and obviously entered in error — for example, odds so far from the true market price that no reasonable person could consider them genuine — 777 Win reserves the right to void bets placed at those odds and refund stakes. This applies regardless of whether the error was identified before or after bet settlement.
All casino and card games at 777 Win operate using a certified Random Number Generator (RNG) that is independently audited on an annual basis. The RNG certification confirms that game outcomes are genuinely random and cannot be influenced or predicted by any party, including 777 Win itself.
Return to Player (RTP) percentages are published for every slot title available at 777 Win. These represent the theoretical long-term average payout — they do not guarantee any specific result in any individual gaming session. Each game session at 777 Win is statistically independent; previous results have no bearing on future outcomes.
In the event of a technical malfunction during a game — a disconnection, a freezing screen or a system error — the outcome of the interrupted round is determined by the state recorded in the 777 Win server log at the time of the interruption. The server record is the authoritative source; the display on your screen or device is not considered final if it differs from the server record.
All bonuses, free bets and promotional offers at 777 Win are subject to specific wagering requirements that must be satisfied before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are stated clearly in the terms of each individual promotion. Unless otherwise stated, the default wagering requirement at 777 Win is 10x the bonus amount.
The 777 Win welcome bonus is available to new players on their first deposit only. It cannot be claimed more than once per person, per household or per device. Players who create multiple accounts to claim the welcome bonus multiple times will have all bonus funds forfeited and the additional accounts closed.
Different game types contribute different percentages toward wagering requirement completion at 777 Win:

VIP tier status is reviewed quarterly. Tier demotion may occur if minimum activity requirements for the preceding quarter are not met. VIP Points expire 12 months from the date of earning.
